Pretty Boy Floyd Wayne Kramer

Charles Arthur "Pretty Boy" Floyd was not the focus of many movies about gangsters, but Wayne Kramer (Running Scared) wants to change this and hopes to direct "Pretty Boy Floyd" a screenplay written by Kevin Bernhardt. The director said he will address a typical 21st century style, without sacrificing atmosphere for the sake of the period at the box office receipts. At the core of this film is a great love story between an outlaw on the run, can not stay away from the woman he loves, no matter how damaging is this relationship for Amado. Floyd began his "career" at age 18, but 21 years since his first big break. He was imprisoned five years in prison, but inhaitat with other gangsters with whom he gave the break and eventually won him the reputation of "Pretty Boy Floyd."
If we are talking about Pretty Boy Floyd movie we must say that this character was the subject of other movies and tv series: in 1970 was released A Bullet for Pretty Boy a movie directed by Larry Buchanan who also wrote and produce the movie, but all this started in 1960 when was released firest movie called Pretty Boy Floyd who was a success (Herbert J. Leder was director and John Ericson cast as Floyd). In 1974 was The Story of Pretty Boy Floyd the first tv series with this character who cast Martin Sheen as Pretty Boy Floyd. This tv series was directed by Clyde Ware who also write the script. Now it seems that in 2012(or later in 2013) we will have another movie with Pretty Boy Floyd (simply titled with this name) directed by Wayne Kramer, who also direct movies like Running Scared and Crossing Over. The writer for screenplay is Kevin Bernhardt and producer is Kirk D'Amico (Margin Call, Good Neighbors). Release date for Pretty Boy Floyd new movie was not set yet, but we promise to come back and we will update as soon as there will be new details.
